An eastern Ecuadorean endemic, for many years known only from the holotype, but now known from several recent series of netted adults and reared larvae.Characteristics
Members of the clade of Lyces aurimutua, L. annulata, L. cruciata, L. minuta and L. tamara are recognizable by abdominal markings: they share a lateral orange stripe and a dorsal transverse orange band on A1.References
